How we develop our corporate social responsibility initiatives while implementing social projects during the war.
RE:Ukraine System is a system of social initiatives by the balbek bureau team, developed in response to the challenges of war. We began volunteering in the early days of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. The first part of this future system was the RE:Ukraine Housing project, which designes dignified housing for internally displaced persons (IDPs).
Social projects have become a key focus of our work. We strive to help communities adapt to new realities, preserve cultural heritage, and provide housing for those who have lost their homes.
Our principles:
People First
It is essential for us to focus on the individual needs of each person, considering factors such as age, gender, and other characteristics.
Comprehensive Approach
Through studying global examples of social projects, we have realized that aid cannot be fragmented or superficial. To provide full support to future users, a combination of medical, psychological, social, and educational services is required to ensure harmonious recovery.
Collaboration with the Community
A fundamental principle of building an effective corporate social responsibility program is working closely with the end beneficiaries. To better understand the needs of the target audience of social projects in Ukraine, we actively involve the public, inviting volunteers, local organizations, and businesses to contribute their experience and support.
Transparency and Openness
Timely communication with local communities about upcoming social projects, along with transparent reporting mechanisms for donors and partners, is the foundation of trust and productive cooperation.
